Meet your facilitator
Tonya Hayes brings a career spanning speech therapy, parent education, family literacy, higher education, and early childhood training. As a parent coaching specialist, routines-based learning expert, and early intervention mentor, she helps adults turn child development knowledge into practical everyday support. She holds a master’s degree in education with an emphasis in preschool education.
From state conferences to the National Head Start Convention, Tonya is known for making learning warm, memorable, and genuinely useful. Her favorite work is helping teachers understand child development and opening more doors for every child to learn alongside their peers.
